Herbeau Participates in Southwest
Lifestyles’ Desert Showcase Home
(7/7/2007) The Old World met the Old West when
Herbeau collaborated with Southwest Lifestyles on the Desert Showcase Home in
historic Cave Creek, AZ. In keeping with the theme of ‘Recycle,
Renew, Reuse’ the design team chose to renovate an existing 4,000 sq ft adobe
house with 360 degree views of the spectacular desert vista.
The authentic French flair of Herbeau proved a
perfect counterpart to American Southwestern décor and its eclectic mix of
Spanish, Native American and cowboy influences. By placing special emphasis on
sustainable design and the use of natural materials, the year-long makeover
resulted in a home in harmony with the elements of nature and its unique
